Shipping & Digital Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Physical books ship from Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

Shipping time begins after processing. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, and shipping service used. No delivery window is promised until shipping options are finalized and published here.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 per order for physical items. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and the applicable tax rules for that location. The exact tax amount is shown before payment is completed.

When tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through the order confirmation process after the order ships.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship within the time stated at purchase. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within the time required by applicable law when no specific shipping promise was made, we will communicate the delay and provide available options, which may include consenting to the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery area, household members, and carrier tracking information. Contact us promptly if additional assistance is needed. Claims may also need to be submitted to the shipping carrier depending on the circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

Preorder items display an estimated release or shipping window. If a preorder is delayed, customers will be notified when appropriate.

At this stage, e-book and Kindle editions are not sold or delivered through this website. Kindle editions are purchased from and fulfilled securely by Amazon Kindle, and delivery is handled through the reader's Amazon account and Kindle library. Selecting the E-Book / Kindle format on this site links directly to the Amazon listing for that title.
